Castle Hill

This is our first lager and our first keg beer. Brewed in a German style with a low fermentation temperature and using a German yeast. The beer is hopped with a lot of Slovenian Celiea hops to give a crisp slightly bitter finish. At 5.2% Alcohol by volume it is a premium strength beer. Cold stored and then filtered after its long slow fermentation this is a classic lager. Available in only a limited number of outlets this is a beer worth seeking out.
